I asked the same exact question earlier today, but I just wanted to word it a little differently so people can understand it better.
So, recently when I'm in my bedroom in the day and at night, I feel like I'm being watched. I'm even too scared to fall asleep. Not even a year ago, I heard someone call out my name. Then last night, a woman said something but I'm not sure what it was. My mom can't remember if she came to check on me last night. My dreams have been pretty weird too. I can't really explain them.
I'm only 13 and my parents don't believe me. What can I do?

first off, don't be scared of ghosts because that's what they want and that's how they get stronger.it can possibly be a ghost but you'd have to experience more things like you feel someone touching you, your door opening/closing etc. you feeling a coldness can be caused by numerous reasons like a cold draft from an air conditioner or open window.don't think about it too much, because then you'll get paranoid.just have fun its summer if you don't like your room then hang out in your living room or something.if there's an empty room then maybe you could just move into there.maybe sleep on your couch until you can sort all of these things out if your afraid to sleep in your room.

I think the first thing you should do is to consult with an experienced Catholic priest... they are familiar with such cases. What is happening to you is unpleasnt but is not that unusual. I think it is important also to read as much material on such matters as you can and gain more knowledge... knowledge is power, as they say. I would also suggest becoming more physically active and associate with friends more... do exercises and eat lots of vitamins. The worst thing you can do I believe is to dwell on such matters.

Minnesota is a scary place, I guess. I lost two dear friend there and one is doing fine. Not on his own. <.< He sees ghosts and etc. I'm not a big believer of ghosts but there's something to an explanation. But stay strong and put your head up. Once it sees that its not affecting you, it'll leave. I'm a very open mind girl and I see things many people don't. Of course being a kid, I still remember what I saw. Just put light in your thoughts. It'll melt away your fears. ^^
