Prove to me that ghosts exist

No frills, no bullshit, no straw man arguments, no anecdotes, no speculation(unless backed by evidence to justify it), and no arguments that are easily explained using science. I want evidence, or a theory backed by evidence.

Proof is something that requires enough sufficient evidence and when it comes to the paranormal there is evidence all over the place. The problem being that getting something to repeat or to duplicate for purposes for providing proof is the problem at hand. The scientific method requires that something be duplicated under strict condition, usually in the Lab, in order to be accepted as proof.

Trying to "Prove" the existence of ghosts and spirits is at the heart of most paranormal research teams. Some have resorted to using some scientific methods in order to capture enough evidence that will satisfy the criteria for being accepted as proof. This can be quite difficult as ghosts do not appear on demand and may not show themselves at all during an investigation.

For the most part though it is experience from the numerous individuals throughout history that stands as the greatest evidence for the existence of ghosts and spirits. For most of them their experiences were life changing .Some skeptics have even been changed from non believer to believer as a result of a haunting experience. I hope that you find the answers you are looking for but know one thing, this world is full of mystery and there is not always an answer for some of what we encounter on this journey. It can be what adds to what makes life so unique. Take care.

If you could establish what you consider to be proof then someone might be able to prove the existence of ghosts to you. For example, maybe you could prove that the color blue exists, "no frills, no bullshit, no straw man arguments, no anecdotes, no speculation (unless backed by evidence to support it, and incidentally this precludes certain electromagnetic wavelengths being defined as the color blue as they are clearly electromagnetic waves, not a color).
