My mom is an idiot and I'm 90% sure she worked in a power plant when she was pregnant with me. (90% sure because she has many mental health problems like many people nowadays, and one of those problems is compulsive lying. Like she doesn't even notice it.)
So I'm pretty sure I have Spina Bifida, because I have urinary incontinence that I've been to urologists about, tried many medications, to no avail. I also was diagnosed with scoloisis in high school, which is likely to exist with spina bifida. No answer. I suspect spina bifida so I'm trying to get an X-ray of my back.
But I'm thinking a quicker way would be to call the hospital where I was born and ask if they checked me for Spida bifida and if I have it. Would doctors automatically check for this defect? I was born in 1994. Would they have this info now?

No, you could not just call and ask. And no, they do not automatically check for spinal bifida. Go see a neurologist and get the correct exam and test done.
