So around 6:30 I woke up with a whole lot of ear pain from my cold. The day before I had it in my right ear and simply took ibuprofen and the pain was soon gone. Today I took some other medicine my mom had brought the day before, carelessly. (Called Suphedrine, for nasal decongestant e_e) I've tried ear drops, olive oil, and a warm compress, all of which are very temporary relief. Since I took the Suphedrine at 6:30, can I just take ibuprofen now? (2 hours later)

Yes you can. There seems to be no contradictions of the two medications.
