I'm supposed to factor this but is it even possible to factor? Not solve, just factor?
6x^2+4
Thanks!

Can't be factored because it has imaginary roots.
Are you sure you wrote it down correctly?

It can be factored--not by how people normally think of factoring, but you can use GCF factoring.
6x^2 + 4
2(3x^2 + 4)
Also, my math teacher would say it's an expression, not an equation, but I'm just being picky. ;)
