That's it^^ I don't need the answer but if someone could explain what to do (in depth) that'd be great. I have no idea where the square root of 10 comes in.

One pair of sides is given as congruent. The other two sides overlap with congruent parts. Then the third sides are congruent using distance formula :

AB: (0,0) to (1,3)= sqr[(1-0)^2+ (3-0)^2]= sqr(10)
EF: (7,1) to (8,4) = sqr[(8-7)^2+ (4-1)^2] = sqr(10)

Then the triangles are congruent by SSS thm.
Then the angles are congruent by CPCTC
