csc(6b + pi/8) = sec(2b - pi/8)

What is b?! D:

∵ csc (6b + π/8) = sec (2b - π/8)

∴ sin (6b + π/8) = cos (2b - π/8)

∴ sin (6b + π/8) = sin [ π/2 - (2b - π/8) ]

∴ sin (6b + π/8) = sin (5π/8 - 2b )

∴ 6b + π/8 = 5π/8 - 2b

∴ 8b = 5π/8 - π/8

∴ 8b = π/2

∴ b = π/(16) ................................ Ans.
