d/dx

[(x^3 + 5x)(x^2 − x)]

x = 2
10 pts!!!!!

-
d/dx((x^3+5 x) (x^2-x)) = x (5 x^3-4 x^2+15 x-10)

so when x = 2, the answer is 88

-
this looks like the product rule:
uv

to do that you would u'v+uv'
so
(3x^2 + 5)(x^2-x) + (x^3 + 5X) (2x)
which comes out to

5x^4- 3x^3+ 15x^2 -5x

hope that helps

-
(x^3 + 5x)(x^2 -x)

=> x^5 +5x^3 -x^3 - 5x^2
=>x^5 + 4x^3 - 5x^2

=>5x^4+12x^2 -10x

when x=2

=> 80 + 48 - 20

=> 108
