Is America the only place in the world that has tornados?

No, a lot of other countries experience tornadoes although they are rare in most parts of the world and are not very strong.

The reason why the US gets a lot of attention is because the large number of tornadoes that occur and the ones that are very strong (EF4 and EF5)

I think it has about 80% of the world's tornados (because of the unique north to south valley of the midwest) but tornados have been spotted pretty much everywhere

Good question. We only hear about the tornados in America because we live here.
