A list of cities that contain really cold weather

I want to live in a place with REALLY cold weather. I'm aiming for bigger cities also. Help?

You should live in the extreme north - like Canada, Greenland,Alaska or in the extreme south Argentina, South Africa, Southern Australia etc.

Without looking at a map a very large cold city might be Reykjavik in Iceland - I seem to remember they have that famous hotel carved out of ice.

Just remembered another one - Stanley in the Falkland Islands, I remembered it 'cause I saw a program about a guy running a marathon on every continent and I think Stanley is classified as Antarctica.

How about.. 'Winterpeg'..? aka: Winnipeg. In the US - try the twin cities. Minneapolis/St Paul. There aren't too many N. American large cities that are large. Humans sort of gravitate to warmth.
