Art say: Yes as was life. Life can only exist on planets where the conditions for life exist. It is no surprise when life does exist on one of those planets in fact it is more a surprise when it doesn't.

Moe say: When the word 'chance' is invoked, I think of 'taking a chance.' Not just luck, but a pursuit of the domain, equal rights for gender racial or religious differences.
And the word 'founded' is like an extra appendage, or say a vestigial tail...there is no evidence of others making it for us. Founded by chance? No, it's not a valid phrase for even the most remotely reasoned synchronicity.
