Why no species evolved from humans?!

It's the result of multiple small changes coalescing into one big change. For example, our more chimpanzee-like ancestors were totally covered in hair, but we stopped living in cool areas and moved to warmer climates; therefore, we evolved to live without it, or we'd overheat. Examples of evolution still occurring today are our brains becoming more compact and efficient, the development of resistances to certain infections, and us losing our remaining bodily hair. At the end of the day, although we're changing slowly and not very noticeably, it's still happening.

Luis P say: No it didn't stop. Look at the diversity of races around the globe. Have you watched documentary 'extraordinary people'? It shows that genes are mutating, on some people to bad traits, and others to good ones. Good ones tend to live and pass one better. Lots of nonbelievers in evolution wrongly assume that if it was true, it should happen in a linear way and at the same time to everybody, and that it should be quicker.

Mr. Smartypants say: Have you ever read about the coming crisis with antibiotics? Bacteria are growing antibiotic-resistant, and have done so since the drugs were invented in the 1940s. This is partly because we are misusing them, but it would be happening anyway.
Suppose you grow a bacteria culture in a petri dish. Dose them with enough antibiotics to kill 90% of them, and then let them grow back, and now you'll find that same dose that killed 90% of them now only kills maybe 10%. Strengthen the dose and repeat the experiment again and again, and soon you have bacteria that LAUGH at this antibiotic! (Ever hear germs laugh? You have to listen very quietly!)
