Planet centered in the so called Goldy Locks zone of water in a liquid state.
A suitable atmosphere including an ionosphere and more to provide a place where living things can live
A rotation timed to aid in keeping things alive.
And these are just a few things I know without going to major research sites to gather more unique things about the earth.
Go back to the math. The earth happening by chance? Or designed by a vastly superior living being who wanted to? I opt for the Bible which says of the earth,
"For this is what Jehovah says,
The Creator of the heavens, the true God,
The One who formed the earth, its Maker who firmly established it,
Who did not create it simply for nothing, but formed it to be inhabited:
“I am Jehovah, and there is no one else." Isaiah 45:18
Yes, there is a supreme being who named himself Jehovah. He created the earth for his purpose.

Imagine a ball with a billion flat spots on its surface
you throw that ball into the air and it lands on just 1 of those flat spots
did that happen by chance (cos the odds are 1 billion to 1 against it landing on that specific spot)? or did the whole universe conspire to ensure the ball landed on it?

Let me guess--you believe your life is ruled by invisible supernatural beings no one has ever seen, and for which there is utterly no tangible physical evidence whatsoever. I'll even go so far as to speculate that you're one of those special kind of idiots who think the Earth is only 6000 years old. Do you think Earth is flat too, or did you decide to draw the line on willful ignorance before adopting that absurd belief?

Life evolved here BECAUSE the conditions were right. You were born here because your mom and daddy did something together. They were both incredibly long shot but that doesn't mean they were impossible.
