Limit of (4x^2)(sin(2/x))^2 as x goes to infinity

This question is bugging me, i havent been able to come across any logical way to do it. Its a multiple choice question which i cant use a calculator for, so it has to be done by hand :-/
The answer is 16, but i dont see how.
