This is more of a what if question. Would it be possible to make armor out of CNTs? Not like kevlar but something more like plate armor kinda like you see from halo or what not

0.1 picogram's = .0000,000,000,001 grams = 10E-16 kilograms may be typical. It depends on the length and the diameter. My guess is it would be much like Kevlar, but a bit lighter, bit better, but much more costly with present CNTs. CNT likely is not suitable for plate type armor. Neil
