Restating how do you make hail

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-11-16] [Hit: ]
I did the experiment and also need a little background knowledge on the subject. The experiment is where u have a beaker full of freezing water and ice. There is a test tube also in the beaker filled with freezing water. After 6 minutes, when the water is below 0 degrees Celsius, u drop an ice cub in the test tube and a new layer of ice forms around the ice cube.......
For science, we have a lab and the title is: How can you make hail? The problem is: What conditions are necessary for hail to form? How can you restate this question? The rubric also says that when you restate it, it can't be in question form.I did the experiment and also need a little background knowledge on the subject. Hail is formed when storms have strong updrafts
As precipitation is formed it is blown up to higher altitudes, where it cools and freezes.
It then drops and collects another layer of water

If the cycle of collecting water and freezing is repeated, you get a hail stone that grows in diameter with each cycle
Eventually the hail stone is heavy enough to overcome the updrafts of the storm and it falls to Earth

google, "how hail forms" and u will get 1000s of things saying how and probably the same
