Physical change : change in appearance not composition; different form of substance; no change in atomic level. ex: melting/boiling; cutting or crushing; shatter

Chemical change: change in composition of matter; change of substance to a different/ new substance. ex: rusting of iron, color change; change in atomic level

Chemical for the most part. You can see chemical changes too. Chemical changes are basically changes that indicate a chemical reaction (meaning that the identity of the substance(s) are changed).

A physical reaction would be like cutting paper or grinding NaCl up.
