Dispersion forces occur between ALL molecules whether non-polar or polar. They create a slight dipole moment due to a partial electric charge, and this electric charge then cascades and displaces other electrons leading to one side being more positively or negatively charged than the other.
Dipole-dipole are permanent charges that occur between POLAR MOLECULES, as these molecules have a dipole moment that does not cancel out.
H-Bonding are basically ONLY BETWEEN H and F,O,N. They are the strongest bond for intermolecular interactions.
I can go in way more detail, but that is the basics, i left some important information out, but that may confuse you further if you are up for it, feel free to ask more.
