sodium silicate pentahydrate
-
I am pretty sure that it is Hydrated Sodium Silicate. Although it has Water in it, the formula says that it is multiplied by the 5 water molecules. This makes it a hydrated crystal. It is ionic polyatomic bond, which means that it is metal(s) bonded to nonmetal(s) and has three or more elements in the compound. The structure of an Ionic compound is the crystal lattice. I hope this helped!
