Okay :D well this will all be on the top of my head so yeah...
Spinifex Grass (Leaf Can Coil around underside):
Stomates on underside are protected from heat and wind, thus water loss by transpiration is reduced.
Hakea multilineata (grass-leaf hakea): hopefully I spelt that one right :)
The long, thin blades reduces surface area and reduces SA:V ratio. This in turn reduces water loss by transpiration.
Carpobrotus Rossii (pigface :D)
The leaves are thick and succulent. The think and succulent leaves store water allowing plant to grow in arid areas and have water available when required.
