I'm making a candy cell made out of candy for my cell project. I'm gonna put candies for each part of the cells such as the nucleus and the lysosome and etc... But I don't know what candy colors I can buy. Do they actually have a specific color?

You can choose whatever colors you like. Cell organelles do not have very different pigments with the exception of chloroplasts if you're doing a plant cell. They, of course, would be green.
We stain cells to observe the nuclei and other organelles better because they don't really have much pigmentation. I think you can choose whatever colors you want; I've seen students do this type of project before. If you can get it, the long slender hard candy that is wavy (I'm not sure what it is actually called) makes a really good endoplasmic reticulum because of its shape.
