Blearg say: Uh... god made light though, dude. And the whole universe. Assuming there is a god who created everything, then god made light travel at a certain speed. We can measure that speed, we can use that measurement to determine the distance of objects in the universe... using measurements does not have anything to do with belief or disbelief in god?
That's sorta like saying, "nobody is any number of pounds! All human bodies were made by god!"
Or
"There is no such thing as degrees centigrade! God made all energy everywhere!"
