Time is a characteristic of space. It's possible that time itself doesn't move at all, but that it's like an unmoving field through which our perception moves.

Well, since TIME is a man made construct, time will stop any time we want it to, just like it started any time we wanted it to. There is no "cosmic clock" in the universe. The universe does not care or acknowledge time. Only MAN cares...

Even if the universe eventually comes to the heat death that is one scenario for the end (where there is no available energy for any purpose), time itself will continue to pass. Nothing and no one will be around to observe it, or mark it, or measure it, but it will still be going on.

As Roger proclaimed, hypothetically time would only stop in the scenario of the universe coalescing back into a singularity. Current calculations suggest that it won't. Therefore, time will most likely exist forever.

Time is a process of movement of energy and a conscious mind involved in it.Movement of energy is eternal.The only way to stop time its to lose your consciousness,like before you were born.There is nothing.
