Notice I said reaction TIME and not reaction RATE. I'm still confused on the difference could someone please just clarify the relationship between changing concentration (increase/decrease) and how it affects the reaction time?

Well look, reaction rate is change in concentration per unit time. If you increase the concentration of the reactants, you will speed up the reaction rate so it will take less time to reach the product results of a reaction with less concentrations. Reaction time decreases if you increase reactant concentrations.
