Can water exist without air?

)3. Oxygen. All the best.-What???......
If no then the chances of extra-terrestrial life are zero. And why scientists are spending so much money and time in it?
Ok, now explain why other planets can not have an atmosphere with air. I know your confusion. You are thinking that the space does not have air, right? but we are not talking about the space we are talking planets with their gravitational field.

Water isn't made from air : water is one part oxygen, two parts hydrogen (H2O)
Most abundant elements in the universe :
1. Hydrogen.
(2. Helium.)
3. Oxygen.
All the best.

What??? Do you think that H2O molecules simply poof out of existence if removed from "air"?
Scientists have wondered where all the water on earth came from. If we put aside the idea (the "easy out") that: God just put it here, then we need some scientifically valid observations that suggest a logical explanation. And... our best guess, drum roll please... is that it came from space where there is no air, in the form of comets.

no ! but sc is river it flow with discoveries and change the facts ..

I think you're suggesting water needs air to exist; that's incorrect. On Europa, we believe there's an ice crust covering a planet-wide ocean.
Then, there are several rocky worlds detected by Kepler that seem to have water vapor in their atmospheres - indicating there's a mixture of gases along with water (just like Earth...)
And, while public funds aren't really being devoted to discovering ET life, scientists and non-scientists alike would love to know the answer to the question, "Are we alone?"

An atmosphere could be completely composed of water vapor without violating the laws of physics.
