Well there are thousands of galaxy and know one really knows the biggest star. I Believe the biggest star so far is NML Cygni, But there are thousands of stars out there
NML Cygni's solar radii is 1,650 which is pretty big.
the second largest is V838 Monocerotis and its solar radii is 1,570 ± 400
There is another star that isnt proven to be the biggest but may be 1,190-1,940 solar radii the name of the star is called PZ Cassiopeiae.

Biggest is a very general term...
If you mean largest, in terms of radius, well to today's measurements, which are constantly being updated and changed:
V838 Monocerotis or NML Cygni is the largest star known with the best measurements. NML Cygni has not been observed as much as V838 though...
