We all know NASA had recently landed a rover on Mars and I want to know is there a possibility that there can be life on Mars. what do u think?

Yes, it's possible. Very unlikely based on current conditions, but Mars shows evidence that leads us to believe that it once inhabited liquid water. It has since dried up leaving polar ice caps, and actually was believed to have a magnetosphere . This is Curiosity's mission, to learn more about it's history and also if it is/was ever inhabited by life.

Not very likely. Since Mars' core has long cooled down, it has no magnetic field, meaning no protection for living organisms from UV Radiation. It's small mass means that it has a very thing atmosphere. No active weather system on Mars also means that the planet's temperature varies from -76 to 12 degrees Celsius.
However, recent evidence suggests that the Red Planet once had water and was possibly teeming with life similar to Venus. Curiosity's mission is to find signs of these evidence.

Yes, it's still possible. Life may still exist underground, or inside rocks like we've found in extreme environments like the Dry Valleys in Antarctica. Those would be places where liquid water could exist and those places would offer some shelter from the harsh environment in the open on Mars, where the air is less than 1% as thick as ours and harmful rays from the Sun aren't kept out. However, that's probably a long shot. Most likely Mars is a dead world.
What we're mainly hoping is that Mars once had life billions of years ago, when it had a substantial atmosphere and magnetic field and standing water on its surface. Curiosity should be able to find that out, we hope. If I understand it right, it's even equipped to find fossils left behind by ancient microbes, if they exist.

I think there is a remote possibility that there is microbial life on Mars--past that, I say no chance.
If you put a gun to my head and I had to choose one or the other, then I would say there is probably no life on Mars.

Possibly, I would guess simple microbes but that would be it. I don't think Mars has ever had more than simple microbial life.
-
Its possible but it would most likley be microbial and underground.
-
Unlikely, but possible. The real goal is find evidence of past life.
