Take any ordinary name you can think of and spell it backwards:
Serutan is "nature's" in reverse. It was a liquid health supplement 55 years ago.

Zurplex, the planet. Or Senuti, Otatop, Utoxia, Aipotu, or Nilats (Nilats moon can be called Hpeseoj, lol)
Aliens are called the "Zurthians". Or Senutians, Otatopians, Utoxians, Aipotians, or Nilatians.
Common Zurth (or etc) alien names include Zlux, Zu, Xexxox, Yoxz, Zlatz, Xlax, Zlapforx, Zūquanx, and Xyzplox.

In virtually every terrestrial language, the name of our planet translates to "dirt" or "mud" or "land" or something along those lines. It's such a basic, millenia-old word that it's bound to be very short and simple. This is likely to be true of alien names for their home planets as well.
Alien languages would quite likely feature sounds that don't exist in English. After all, a good many Earth languages have sounds that don't exist in English - and that's despite the fact that humans all have the same vocalizing apparatus. With aliens, there's a good chance that you'd have clicks, whistles, rattles, hums, grunts, whines, or who knows what - stuff that really can't be properly written in our alphabet.
Following these principles, I'd suggest naming your planet something like "¥r¤d¤þ".
Hope that helps!

it's an alien planet with alien people and you want an english name for the planet and its people, highly unlikely that we would pick our own name , more realistic to say the planet and its people's language and name are not translatable into an earth language and cannot be pronounced

A lot of authors like to put random letters together to form unpronounceable names for such planets. The proud people of Qglyyykzr would agree.
