Element 115 is very unstable and difficult to produce. There is no reason why it would be of any use to anyone (here or elsewhere in the universe).

Element 115 is Ununpentium. It hasn't been officially named yet, that's just a placeholder. Only around 30 atoms of it have ever been made in labs. The most stable isotope has a half life of 220 milliseconds.
