The angular diameter of the Moon as seen from the Earth is 0.52 degrees. The Earth viewed from the Moon has an angular diameter of 1.87 degrees (with small variations because the distance between varies by about 42,000 kilometers).

The Earth viewed from the Moon would look 3.63 times larger in diameter than the Moon from the Earth. That means the disk of the Earth would appear 13.16 times larger in surface AREA than the Moon's disc viewed from Earth.

Because the Earth reflects a higher percentage of the Sun's light per square meter (albedo) than the Moon (2.7 times as much light), the Earth would provide 35.5 times as much light viewed from the Moon as the Moon viewed from the Earth (during comparable phases).

No. Earth is about four times wider than the moon, so seen from the same distance it would appear four times larger.

In fact you can verify this using the photos taken on the Moon. The lens used has a field of view of about 30 degrees. The moon seen in Earth's sky appears about half a degree across. The Earth, therefore, should be about 2 degrees across. If you see the Earth in the Apollo lunar surface pictures and measure it you find that it is indeed about 1/15th the width of the picture, or about 2 degrees across.

No because that would imply that the Earth is the same size of the moon, when in fact it is much bigger.

-
The moon is much smaller than Earth. So no, the Earth would not be seen as the same size as we see the moon.
