Yes. There were 6 landings between 1969 and 1972, Apollo 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17. Apollo 13 had an oxygen tank explosion that forced them to return to Earth without landing, as shown accurately in the movie Apollo 13, available on netflix. Congress canceled the program after Apollo 17 because it was too expensive and provided little or no benefit to the country to continue it.

Of course! There were five more: Apollo 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17. 18-20 were also planned, but were canceled due to massive budget cuts since the public had lost interest in Moon landings.

Yep. Apollo 11 was the first. Apollo 12 and 14-17 all landed on the moon.
