Bees produce many stuff, such as bee pollen ( a supplement), honey, and pollinate many crops. Since they are one of the primary pollinators, many crops will be left unpollinated. Plus, some people eat bee larvae.
Ants are important because they eat many corpses, and trash that we do not want. They also help with the aeration of soil,and help suppress pest population. In Africa and South America, they are used as surgical sutures, and they are also eaten. They also help make rooibos tea.
Without ants and bees, many people such as bee farmers, rooibos farmers,and farmers (in general) would loose jobs. Sick people in need of surgical sutures in Africa and South America may not be able to get them, and some people will not be able to get ants and bee larvae as food, causing a small amount of hunger.
Ants and bees are also the prey of many animals, and would cause the food chain to be damaged. Their predator's populations would descend, and so on.
