the temperature of the body is 37 degrees normal right? so why, for example, if the temperature outside gets 30 we are all sweaty ,and if we lose one degree of the 37 we get really cold and if the weather is like 16 outside we don't die just get cold i can' t understand this

We are so-called, warm blooded animals. It means that, in order to survive, we must keep our body's temperature to something quite constant so that metabolism happen as it should.
The average body's temperature is, as you write, 37 C. But our skin temperature is roughly 32 C and it gets colder at the extremities; our feet and hands.
If our skin temperature and, more important, our head's temperature, is exposed to an outside temperature less than 32 C, our body tries to keep its temperature by constricting the thin blood vessels near our skin and by rising our "fur" (goose skin effect).
When the temperature goes over 32 C, our body then tries to cool down our skin by sweating. The fact is that, in order to go from liquid to gas, water needs to take away heat energy, thus cooling the skin. But that happens only when water can evaporate, i.e. the relative humidity is less than 100 percent. This is why we feel hot and humid climate as painful.
But, as you write, we can also sweat at an outside temperature less than 32 C. This is because, as we move, we burn energy that turns into heat. We warm up our body and then, once again, it has to regulate the temperature by creating sweat.
If, on the other hand, we are exposed to low temperature for a long time, we don't die. At least, not immediately. But hypothermia can set in any time if in a long period of time with no physical activity. Our body warns us first by giving us a feeling of freezing. We react by moving, thus burning calories that warm up our body. But it comes to a stage when the body temperature is so low that we simply feel apathetic. This is when it becomes dangerous.

Because when its frozen its drier. Your body can handle that provided you bundle up. There is no way to bundle up when its slightly cold and damp. You can be hypothermic in temperature above freezing if the body is wet and cold. When I went through winter training in the U.S. Army, we were taught to sleep only in our underwear in outside freezing temperatures. If we wore warm clothes in our sleeping bags then sweating would cause us to become hypothermic. I hope this helped and didn't confuse you.. ;)

i think im nae completely sure but isnt it if your internal organs get too hot or cold so when u are cold its like your skin ( im kinda guessing lol) we cool ourseleves down by sweating.I think xD Really bad answer :L
