I live just outside of Philly. Yes the wind is supposed to be that bad. And also the rain. We have had record amounts of rain this month so the ground is extremely wet already and along with the strong winds will bring down a lot of trees. Yes it is probably unsafe to be in a mobile home during a hurricane. Have your cousin stay with you or suggest to her to go to a local shelter. I know there are at least 3 that have been opened outside of Philly.

Gosh, they need to leave. Like now! A trailer is definitely not safe!
