Does humidity make it feel hotter than what it really is outside

Lets say the humidity is 43% and it is 72 degrees F outside would the humidity make it feel hotter than 72 degree F? If so how much warmer would it make it feel?

Yes its called the heat index.

Yes, but 42% is not high humidity. Relative humidity up to 60% is considered comfortable.
