You can walk backwards all you want, you will always perceive yourself as growing older. However, the rest of us see you regressing...

Starrysky say: Space and time are not the same. They are linked together in space-time continuum. If space compresses, time slows down. If space is bent by gravity, time changes. All the proofs for the past 100 years or so show that for almost all the writings about it, Einstein was right.
His only mistake was putting in a fudge factor to make the universe eternal and not changing in size. He knew what he was doing was wrong, but at the time there was no indication that the universe was expanding. A few years later Hubble and others showed that it was expanding. What is amazing now is that it is growing faster and faster. We don't know why. So like Einstein, we put in a fudge factor--we call it "dark energy". But we have no good ideas or proofs of what that is. Maybe if you study Einstein and others and become a good cosmologist, you might discover what it is.

Alex say: Well... it is a bit harder than that. I have a PDF with some notes on this subject, I am willing to share them.

redd headd say: Because the speed you walk does not overcome time.

shalisha say: Yes it is fake proof
-
Who say: it would if you could walk fast enough - but you cant
thats the proof and it aint fake

Stan say: Look at this another way...find a quiet spot where you won't be all that bothered/influenced by what's around you.
Now close your eyes and reamin calm for a a while. Then, remember something dramatic in your past. In your particular case, when you were very young. Make it clear in your mind. Clear enough that you actually feel the happiness or sadness the experience gave you, that has been with you ever since. Picture in your minds eye the details until you discover something forgotten or hidden away. Don't be overwhelmed, dwell on it for a while.
