Sanjay say: No.

Craig say: Yes it exists, I have done it before and I have gone back in time to watch the declaration of independence get signed.
-
Andrew Smith say: Actually time travel DID exist once, and it WILL exist again one day but it doesn't exist NOW because it has already travelled to another time.
Maybe by the time we get there it will have travelled to yet a different time.
I have answered this question so many times and in so many ways that I feel like "Groundhog day".
Every day I wake up and guess what. The same old question again.
Question for you... am I actually travelling to the past once each day so I am doomed to answer this question every day for the rest of my life?

Enough Trolls say: OK - you will die shortly thereafter as the diseases you are not used to drag you down.

spot a say: Only in the forward direction and relativiistic speeds are very hard to achieve. I also do not recommend hovering near a black hole close enough to get a relativistic effect from it, If someone invents a time machine to travel to the past, then goes back only 1 hour, they will be 500,000 miles from their starting point since the sum and the whole solar system with it, moves at 500,000 mph around the galaxy. The galaxy also moves at a high rate of speed. You can never catch up with the earth unless you go about 250,000,000 years back or forward and meet the sun and the earth after one whole revolution around the galaxy.
PS Nobody knows the exact number of years to circle the galaxy. 1 day out = 12 million miles out

Jake say: That depends on your context of "Time Travel". With our current knowledge of our laws of physics, scientists have determined that it is impossible to ever travel backwards in time. However, traveling forward in time is at least possible to our knowledge in one form or another. Although it may not be the time travel that many think of, the theory of relativity shows how time can exist as seperate entities for different things traveling at different speeds. If you were to be traveling at the speed of light, time would move at a slower speed for you than it would for everyone else on Earth. (Time slows down when you speed up)
