Jim Moor say: Actually, whenever you are moving, you are time traveling.
Let's say we are identical twins.
If you are in orbit and circle a black hole, you will age much slower.
You will come back about the same age, while I could aged 20 years.
BUT, this is only affecting the time going forward, not going back in time! Sorry.
This, by the way, has been proven!
In the pic attached, 'v' is your velocity/speed, 'c' is the speed of light. But notice if you even go 1 mile per hour, you are time dilating with respect to someone standing still...

Jack say: If you travel faster than light, you can go back in time. But in relativity you cannot accelerate a mass to the point that it's speed is equal or faster than light. Therefore in the theory of relativity it's impossible. However it doesn't say in the future people will not find new theories, so this question is unanswered. Einstein already proved Newton was wrong. Maybe someday someone will prove Einstein was wrong.

Ciel say: My physics teacher said if a time machine was ever invented, we would only be able to travel back as far as the moment when the time machine was created.
-
Magic Mouse say: According to Albert Einstein and the theory of relativity, it does exist, If an object approaches the speed of light, the fabric of time becomes distorted. Trouble is it would be very hard on the human body to go that fast so we will just have to take Einstein's word for what it's worth.

Second say: No, and unfortunately there is no House of Cretins where to send you.
-
Athena say: I will let you know yesterday.

kaylha say: If time trial would ever be possible do you really think crap like hitler would still be in our past???
