So, write a note to someone in the future asking them to, if time travel backwards in time becomes possible, to come back to Feb. 24, 2017, pick you up, then take you back to 1746 Scotland.
If no one stops to pick you up in the next few minutes, then you know time travel is not possible, even in the future.

Annie say: No. Because if I were to go back to Buckingham palace 1900, would I be at the actual palace just 117 years later, and if so where would Buckingham palace 2017 be? As well as that what about all the years between the beginning of Earth and 2017? Unless you can come up with an answer to these. No it is not at all possible. (Except in your head, dreams, books and tv)

Jem say: My theory of time-traveling is if a you is traveling at the speed of light, then everything around the you speeds up. So basically, when you are traveling at the speed of light, you are traveling forward into time. But I think you can't travel back. Unless there is a multi-universe which is unlikely.
