I was sitting in my lounge room , home alone and i felt like something was watching me , like it was standing at the end of the hall way staring at me. i kept seeing darkish , tall shadows in the hall which was unusual because the lights were on and there was nothing that would give off a shadow , everytime i would look down the hall , it would disappear this kept happening everytime i was home alone.
The shadow moved around the house to wherever i was , it was in my lounge , in my room , in the bathroom , in the kitchen , outside , in the salon. EVERYWHERE.
2nd-
My family sadly had to get rid of my dogs due to fighting with eachother , for weeks and weeks after we had gotten rid of them , me and my mum could hear dogs walking around , like the tapping sound. it was in my room , my mums room , the salon , the cinema room , everywhere with wood floors basically.. it got really creepy after a while , but didnt stop..
whenever id open the door to where the tapping was coming from , it was freezing ,like the air conditioning had been going for hours in that one room.
i kept getting dog scratches down my arms , legs , chest , stomach and we didnt have a dog anymore?

It maybe was paranormal. I believe in that stuff myself (I've experienced lots of it), but I wasn't there so it's impossible to say. It sounds that way though.
But it might not be, because you can't forget that weird stuff happens in the living world all the time that doesn't make sense or seems creepy. Shadows are literally tricks of the light. Dogs bristle at imagined or perceived threats, and so do we for that matter. Things hit the floor from a phenomenon called gravity all the time, often for no reason at all other than gravity itself. I could probably explain away any or all of those things, but you've probably gone over those possibilities yourself.
But maybe you do have a ghost. That's really not such a huge problem, because ghosts are just people. Look up any textbook definition, and you'll read that a ghost is the spirit of a deceased person 99% of the time. And unfortunately, some people are asseholes. It only makes sense that some ghosts can be spincters too.
