When something like ginkgo is water soluble you cant overdose or something, what does that mean and why cant you overdose bc of it?

If something is water-soluble, it means it dissolves easily in water. It does not mean that you cannot overdose on it. There are lots of water-soluble substances which one can overdose on, salt and morphine being examples.
