What should happen there is that an adult straightens you out and makes you behave like you're at least grammar-school age.
If you need a body part exposed for an exam, it gets exposed, or you don't get an adequate exam. Grow up!

If you are going to a pediatrician they don't usually make you undress. He may ask you to lift your shirt so he can listen to your heart and lungs and then to examine your abdomen.

If you are uncomfortable you can ask your parent to be in the room or ask for a female staff member, like a nurse or medical assistant to be present. Or you can ask your parents to find you a female doctor.

If you are uncomfortable with your doctor then , NO you do not have to remove your clothing.
Talk to your parents and see about getting a doctor you feel better with and set up a meeting with the doctor so you can get to know them first before any physicals.
They can also have the nurse practicing examine you too in some cases.
But in any case if you don't feel right allowing him to look you over, then he wont be able to do his job properly and you should find another doctor, he maybe able to even recommend someone for you.

Honey, that ancient 50 year old doc has seen more than you have to show him a thousand times. It is part of the JOB, and that is all. You can refuse an examination, and he can refuse to treat you without one. Sooner or later you are going to have to disrobe in the presence of a male physician. To protect themselves, they always have a female ( not related to you) in the room, so there can be no accusations of improper behavior later. The "grow up" answer is appropriate. There is nothing sexual about a physical examination. My very first female patient in practice did not want to disrobe, either. She was really reluctant, but agreed. Turned out, she had a carcinoma of the breast. It usually pays to allow a professional to do an examination. Incidentally, the youngest patient I have seen DIE of breast cancer was 17. Still going to refuse an exam?

Oh my god. Grow up. It does not surprise me at all that your 15. Not everyone wants to look at you naked, so get over yourself. This man is a doctor... Do you have any idea how used to the naked body they are?? If a doctor asks you to disrobe, do it.

-
If you are 15, you are probably there with your mother. It is not ethical for the doctor to force you to disrobe. If you do not like him, go to another doctor where you feel comfortable.
