I am trying to figure out what could have caused these symptoms:
2 days ago, I came down with a fever. The fever rose rapidly and was immediately followed by severe diarrhea. Every few minutes I had very liquid bowel movements. I started to feel sick to my stomach and dizzy. My fever actually rose to 104.1. I came down with cold chills, and I shivered so badly that I couldn't control my body.
2 days later, today, my temperature is resting at about 99.9. It fluctuates by a small amount up and down throughout the day. I still have diarrhea but not as bad. I can now eat and drink without running to the bathroom for a diarrhea episode. I still feel kind of lightheaded and anxious, like things are moving quicker than they should be.
As far as my stool, there may have been some blood in it, but I couldn't tell.

You likely had either food poisoning, or an intestinal flu virus of some sort.

Seriously, though, with a fever of 104.1 you should have gone to the hospital...
It could be lots of things and you'll probably need some tests done to figure out exactly what it is.
(I don't really think it's Crohn's disease... just pointing out how WebMD makes you think you have terrible diseases.)

May be swine flu get advise off your doctor BY PHONE, don't go our the house, get lots of rest and drink plenty of fluids.
