339075697615+58)/tan(58)=102.69…so h=106.......

If the diagram is drawn to scale you could measure 58 and then measure h in millimeters. Then you could use proportions to get h.

if you make two equations choosing the bottom/adjacent as x for both triangles since that doesnt change
so the smaller triangle
tan(46)=h/x
the bigger triangle is
tan(58)=(h+58)/x

lets get x alone in the bigger triangle first and then input it into the smaller however to make one variable which will be h
x=(h+58)/tan(58)
now input that into the smaller triangle
tan(46)=h/[(h+58)/tan(58)]
simplify then get h alone
tan(46)=tan(58)h/(h+58)
(h+58)tan(46)=tan(58)h
tan(46)h+tan(46)58=tan(58)h
58tan(46)=tan(58)h-tan(46)h
58tan(46)=h[tan(58)-tan(46)]
58tan(46)/[tan(58)-tan(46)]=h
h=106.339075697615

just to check find x for both equations by plugging in h
tan(46)=106.339075697615/x
x=106.339075697615/tan(46)=102.6904517…
tan(58)=(106.339075697615+58)/x
x=(106.339075697615+58)/tan(58)=102.69…

so h=106.339075697615=58tan(46)/[tan(58)-ta…

sorry my simplifying was terrible but that should be what you need I hope

good luck
