Keeping what else constant? If one thing changes who knows what other things do not change.
Firstly the force of attraction is higher.
This would need stronger bones, stronger muscles and less lever effect on the skeleton.
Large creatures such as elephants show us that hollow bones are stronger without adding excessive weight.
As we would have less lever effect then our peripheries would move more slowly so throwing things like spears would have been a waste of time and effort.
Other methods of catching food would have been needed.
If the moon was at the same distance from the earth then it would revolve around the earth faster and the earth would revolve around the sun faster.
The air pressure would be twice as great so the oxygen concentration would have been much greater.
Leading to smaller lungs etc.
The rate of erosion would be far greater as the falling rain would hit harder, the rivers would flow faster and the downward forces on hills etc would be greater.
There would be so many other changes that you should put your imagination into gear and start thinking about how you would be effected if everything weighed twice as much.
