a[n]=(-1)^n/(n!)+2n^2 for n ≥ 0?

a. 1, 1, 17/21, 107/26
b. -1, 1, -17/2, 107/6
c. 1, -1, 17/2, -107/6
d. 1, 1, 17/2, 107/6

Just put the value of n and find the result...

a(0) = 1, a(1) = 1, a(2) = 1/2 + 8 = 17/2 , a(3) = -1/6 +18 = 107/6 answer d. OK!
