Determine lim x->0 ((sin3x)/(x) +x-1)

-
You can split the limit up so that the sin3x/x is seperate from the x and -1, since sin3x/x is indeterminate form 0/0 the you can use la'hopitals rule ( sorry if I spelled that wrong! ) so you'll have 3cos3x/1 and as the limit approches 0 this limit goes to 3, so we will have 3 plus the limit of x and limit of -1, so 3+0-1= 2. Hope that was help good luck!

lim x->0 ((sin3x)/(x) +x-1) = 3+0-1 = 2
