Proof: (b^1)(b^2) = b^3 because b^(1+2) = b^3.Hope this helps!......
I know this is very easy but I completely forgot and I really need to know. :P

b times what equals b^3

the ^ means the power of 3

ANSWER: b^2 (read: b squared).
*When multiplying like base, that's fancy talk for the same number, we add the bases.
Proof: (b^1)(b^2) = b^3 because b^(1+2) = b^3.
