for example a horse and donkey can mate
and a zeebra and donkey can mate
because 2 specie closely related can make half breeds, but is it possible to make a human/monkey?

No. A horse, zebra and donkey are all equines & have the same amount of gametes. A human & monkey, while both techincally primates, do not have the same amount of gametes & can therefore not have offspring. Humans are more related to apes than monkeys. In fact, chimps have one more gamete than humans & in our DNA structure, where that gamete would be, there is actually what looks to be two fused together, making a very strong arrow pointing to evolution.

Horses, donkeys, and zebras are all in the same genus (Equus). Humans are not only in a different genus from monkeys, they are in a different family. No chance of interbreeding, too many genetic incompatibilities.
