So when n is 0, the function is 1, when n =1, the function is -1, etc.-You need to post something that is legible.......
Can anyone explain this chart.

I understand the firsst table. Beta[n]

but the second table I dont get I know the 3rd is just the the difference of the first 2 but Can someone explain with some details?

The second table is δ(n) - δ(n -1) + δ( n-2) - δ(n-3) + δ(n-4) - δ(n-5) + δ(n-6)
δ(x) = 1 when the argument x = 0 and 0 when x ≠ 0
So when n is 0, the function is 1, when n =1, the function is -1, etc.
